The Opportunity:

GitPrime is a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service platform that generates data-driven performance metrics for software engineering. We are building out our Enterprise sales team and are looking for seasoned account executives interested in playing a strategic role in the company’s growth to $50M in revenue.

GitPrime is seeking a self-sufficient, proven sales leader to manage a territory in the eastern United States and Europe, based out of the Eastern time zone. This position will be responsible for closing business with new customers and for expanding relationships with existing, strategic customers, selling to the CTO and VP of Engineering.

Responsibilities:

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for generating annual recurring revenue (ARR), and is expected to consistently deliver a quarterly ARR quota.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively managing a pipeline of 30 to 50 active opportunities
  • Closing of client contracts ranging in size from $150k to $1 Million a year in ARR
  • Collaborating with Sales Development Representatives to expand pipeline and lead generation
  • Accurate forecasting of pipeline and consistent delivery of quota
  • Managing, and expanding, strategic customer accounts

Experience:

Qualified candidates will have a track record of closing contracts for recurring revenue in an enterprise Software-as-a-Service environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Expert at pipeline management for SaaS software with consistent delivery of quarterly quota
  • Ability to deliver product demos and speak to technical capabilities of the product (this is a key requirement to sell to the VP of Engineering demographic)
  • Consultative sales approach, complete with technical chops to back it up
  • Passion for working in a startup environment and for contributing to a rapidly growing, dynamic corporate culture
  • Intelligence and ability to quickly establish credibility with a technical buyer

GitPrime is based in Durango, CO, and has a geographically distributed workforce. Senior sales positions can work from a home office or from a co-working space of your preference. Travel to Durango will be required (and provided for by the company) for on-boarding and training purposes. Also, for less senior sales positions relocation will be required.
