GitPrime is a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service platform that generates data-driven performance metrics for software engineering teams. We are building out our sales team and are looking for seasoned sales managers interested in playing a strategic role in the company’s growth to $50M in revenue.
GitPrime is seeking a self-sufficient, proven sales leader to manage a team of 5-10 SMB and Mid-market account executives. This position will be responsible for hiring, developing and coaching your sales reps to meet sales quota, accurate sales forecast and other duties. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Corporate Sales Managers will be managing a team of Sales Reps that carry $800k-$1.2 million annual quota each. The right candidate will demonstrate proven ability to coach their team members toward hitting the sales goal.
Qualified candidates will have a track record of closing contracts for recurring revenue in an enterprise Software-as-a-Service environment, and experience managing teams.

Relocation to our office will be required for this position however, as all Corporate Account Executives are required to work out of our headquarters.
